Attic and basement cleanouts are priced by load volume. Quarter load: $219.99, half: $349.99, three-quarter: $439.99, full load: $619.99. Most attic and basement jobs fall in the half-to-full load range. We give you an upfront price before we start.
Do you carry items down from attics or up from basements?
Yes. That's exactly what we're here for. Our crew handles all the heavy lifting through stairs, pull-down ladders, and tight access points — you don't have to touch anything.
Can you do a partial attic or basement cleanout?
Absolutely. You point to what needs to go and we take only those items. Partial cleanouts are priced the same way — by the volume of what we haul.
Do you donate items found during attic and basement cleanouts?
Yes. Usable furniture, clothing, electronics, and household goods found during cleanouts are donated to Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, and local charities. We text you the donation receipt for your taxes.
How do you handle old insulation or hazardous materials in attics?
We remove general attic and basement debris including old furniture, boxes, and stored items. We do not remove asbestos-containing insulation or hazardous materials — those require a licensed abatement contractor.
How long does an attic or basement cleanout take?
A typical attic or basement cleanout takes 1–3 hours depending on the volume. Larger jobs with heavy furniture or deep accumulation may take longer. We work efficiently so you're not waiting around all day.
